ABC of making a deals

Always remember Not every deal can be made.
Get both parties to be reasonable.

Three Aspects

  1.  Promote reasonable by being reasonable and logical 
  2. Believe the deal can be made.
  3. Never give up.



How to turn simple into easy for customers.

  • Put your customer first and be assertive for them.
  • Never judge and do not insert your opinion unnecessary.
  • Motivate with questions.
  • Stay detached from the outcome.
  • Accept that deals happen as they are supposed to.


Presenting offers to your sellers


  • Confirm receipt.
  • Notify your seller.
  • Take care in how you phrase presentation.
Always Counter?
  • There are risks involved.
  • buyers have no obligation to counter back.
  • Better to know now if the deal is shaky.
